Artist's Block... CnC plz

Ok... so I have this great sig... but it needs a lot more to it. I just can't think of ANYTHING at all, throw in there. Can someone help me out?

I would lose the background you have at the moment and find a nice stock for the background. Then get some effects going around the render for flow. Looking forward to seeing the final product.

Dom i was talking about the other guy he's like C4D's at planetrender and yea i'm pretty sure he knows where to get C4d's if he doesn't make them himself

I just suggested it really adds some cool effects, I am supposed to know that he knows what planetrenders.net is.... sry for trying to help

i think it needs some more shadows and highlights, or really i guess just some light focus and the red sky is a little random, either tie in some red with the object focus or change the sky colour so that it matches something in the object focus, it'll help tie the background and foreground together. some movement would be nice too, either focus on like the bot's eyes on you (highlighting them or something) or giving the background a motion to fit with the motion of the dude's cape.

i suck at rendering, i just draw... so i hope what i've said makes sense, and i hope its not complete bs :P

it's just you can tell by his favorite sig that he uses them or atleast it looks like he does

find a nice stock from deviant art or stock exchange, or somewhere else

try some good effects that go with the render and blend it as if the render and the stock are a whole, and make sure the effects r not good but great!

oh, and get rid of that border
