How to get to brush options in Photoshop Elements 7.0?

I really want to know how to get to brush options, like the screenshots in tutorials.

elements is tough. I've only tried it once. I actually have no idea. I would try google for this one, there arent too many elements users here. sorry dude :\. lemme know what the answer is though please!
