It looks alright, maybe add another gradient map or a photo filter to bring the colours together a bit more.

hmm green is cool but i would like to see other color versions such as blue,red :3
the light source looks sort of just placed there kinda, judging from how the light is on her face it looks as if the light is leaning more towards the left than towards the top middle o.o but i likes the coloring of the tag, needs some vibrancy tho :3.

Im not sold on the border and yes it could use something more to it.. A little plain.. The lighting could be toned down a bit.. Overall nice work..
