Default Getting Photoshop Text outline with sharp edges around angles?

    Hi,

Yes I am a noob, just wanted to say this community looks great, I wish I had found it sooner. Anyway here is my problem...

I'm looking to find a way to outline my text with a stroke, but to keep a sharp edge when the outline follows sharp-degree angles (like a 90degree angle). When I invert the outline to 'inside' I have the same problem but on the inside of the line at different areas.

    see this image.

Is there anyway to get an even outline like in these fonts?

I have tried overlaying different sized fonts and also pushing multiple layers of fonts in equal directions to no success.

Please help and I will be eternally greatful
