Good job buddy, .i admit it that my english is bad .xD. .haha, .if you don't understand it, just follow the screenshot i know you can do it, if you do familiar all the tools in photoshop, now dude, when you mastered this tut, try add spices or expirement any you want, like displace,splatter. Etc. .good luck btw. .and thanks for using this simple tut.
