You have not done much here, just a red line and a gaussian blur layer.

It's a unfinished work who needs some action.

It is a bit more than that, but yeah - it's unfinished.

I don't know how to finish it, any ideas?

Maybe use a mask and lighten it in some places and use some additional effects/ filters to give it more detail and interest.
