good try, but to be honest you really need to work on your lines and it needs more details. that's the most important part of vectoring.

its alright, but you need to use the burn and dodge tool once you done to add lighting,

for shading thats not very good, looks like u rushed through it, study the stock image alittle more, the nose u made is flat, there needs to be a very dark shade down by her neck line, the shadow of her hair is farther away from her actual hair...etc. keep workin at it

Yeah, Create a lightsource make shadows where there suppose to go, and lighting where its suppose to go.

I did rush it. I don't like shading. but since all you guys do is moan about it looks like im gonna have to do it.

use a darker shade of the colour as a part shade. I know it works better in B+W but never tried it with colour.
