Ok I need some feedback of what I can add or change. What should I be looking for?

i think that grid messes it up, maybe make the grid in smaller scale or reduce the opacity?

Well, in that case you didn't do a very good job.. anyone who wants to steal it could just spend 20 minutes in ps to get the lines off.

COLOR! AGH! lol well maybe not that dramatic... but It needs some contrast. Im also not sure what you were trying to accomplish with the little beveled squares on the sides either, but add some color to it. Right now it's very boring to look at. Not saying the content of the sight might make up for it, but at a designers perspective, it needs some work.

Keep pluggin away at it though, eventually you'll get something you really like that catches the eye. I suggest adding accent colors, but keeping the main theme of the different shades of grey.
