ok well i used bit of a tutorial by BAB to make this signature hope every1 likes give me feedback please

fix the right side circles there kinda iffy but it looks kinda sifi ish not bad

text is off. having it stuck in a corner by itself is always bad.
floating head is a no go

Agree with (-)Ion, try adding more of the body into it.
With the text I reckon placing it more to the center left
so just drag it down till its in the center.
Or you can leave it as it is but add more text just below it
or in the center left of the sig.
The circle to the right seems a bit out of place. Try smoothing
the edges out and also make the dark cloud overlap it a bit more.

Other then that nice work dude. keep it up
