um, i dont like this, i think you could have spent more time on it and could have come out with a better result.

1)you can still see the dogs tail, so now the dog has two tails.
2)the cat head isnt blended very well and looks odly shaped.
3)the manipulated tail is very LQ

hahahaha, this is funny, not your work, lol, just the image and the concept.

i will have to be honest and say i dont like this to much, really good idea, but it could be better executed.

the tail looks disconnected, cat head looks to far up.

Colour of the tail doesn't fit, it's too green. You can either use Curves or add a gradient map at the end to let it have a warmer colour. Also, you can dodge/burn some areas to give it more consistent lighting.
