    Default Transfomers

After my last couple sigs, some people asked me to do some LP's.

i would love to see some color too, lol, but i had troubles getting the BG stock and the render colors to match up without it being horrible and monotone, so i went for b/w

I like it. The image itself is a clean canvas however, its too chaotic to the point I have trouble differentiating the focal from the BG. Definitely needs more contrast. The text can pass.

First off kill the text, its ugly. Like everyone else said it needs color b/w is too boring. The effects are very nice. Everything seems to match up pretty well, but the balance of the LP is off, notice how the bottom had 1000000 effects and the top is like uber dull, throw something up there like jets or a giant Fur sign, but put something up there

It's a bit messy at the bottom half. Maybe you can colour the render in to show the focal. The splatter effects are nice.

The up part of pic is great, lower part maybe have too much effects and too much smudging. And it will be better in colors

It looks boring because it has loads of gray and very little black or white.
BnW can look much better than any color version, but it takes a bit of work with dark/light balance. Shades of gray are good for details, but there must be pure black or pure white areas for high-contrast feel and overall interesting look.

^^ That's a very good tut I recently read on BnW. It's about photography, but it doesn't differ much from digital art.
