    things to work on=
-this is too messy, it looks like you tried to do to much. take your time and add C4Ds that fit well with your render and BG.
-the flow is off, the c4ds you used are going against each other, makes sure they are complementing one another, not contasting.
-you have the lighting in the wrong location. look at the render, it has a clear lighting source coming from the left of his face(the right of the sig), but you put it on the opposite side. you need to change that, move the lighting to the correct side and dont make it looked forced.
-you didnt include enough of the render, all you see is his head, this is referred to as the "Floating Head" in gfx design because it appears that the head is just floating with no body.
-work on the effects more, you made them to scattered and not uniform.

    keep working man!

Well i have not used multiple C4Ds instead i used only one a single one that is in the bg.
ok for lightening i got ur point. (btw i thought that right side will become too shiny.)

if i will include enough of render it will become too small is't it?

however thanks for ur detailed comment.

this is much better, couple things that might help=
-the c4d your using in this one looks nice, but it would look even better if it was comming from the bottom of the sig. SO, select the layer with the c4d on it, and go to edit>transform>flip vertically. and it will look wonderful.
-for the lighting, its really forced and it is just a little dot. you need to make it look like the lighting is coming from some where.
-change the border color to black and see how it looks

hmmm, the c4d looks better, now you need to get some more c4ds that flow in that same direction and add them in.

also, the lighting isnt suppose to be on his face so much, its suppose to be coming from the BG somewhere
