Nice smudging effects.

It's a bit monotone and the focal isn't standing out enough.
It's quite easy to fix, though. Try making a new applied image over all other layers, hit ctrl+u to bring up hue-saturation menu, with "colorize" checked add some other color, then set whole layer to overlay and erase everything but over character. Then some gradient maps on hue/color setting and low opacity to liven it up a bit (it may be worthwhile to download this gradient map pack http://nightzfx.deviantart.com/art/N...r-PS-140233408 , then you can just move through all the possible and impossible gradients and see how they look.)

yes i exactly follow abt hue and saturation as u said but did not do

well thanks for the deviant link infact whn ever i see any tut although they apply gradiant but
they lower the opacity so much that it adds a minute effect. well let me see it
