its okay, i dont like how the text touches the edges of the piece. Also the hosting like a dream doesnt look very good. I would try again if i were you.

I also had the same problem too, i just upgraded Wednesday.

I'll be honest with you, this isn't exactly cut out to be a logo. There are several reasons why I say this, so bear with me.

#1 Good logos stand alone. When I say stand alone, I mean they need no supporting elements. Logos are usually typographical and so are primarily text / text-based. You rarely see effective logos depending on a background. There are instances where a mask-effect might be used, and then you see a little foreground / background, but most often, there just isn't a whole lot in terms of layers. In this case, your background doesn't offer anything to the logo itself. I get that clouds go with the "dream cloud" idea, but there's a point where you go beyond beating a cliche into the ground, and I feel like that's what's happened here.

#2 It feels sloppily made. Logos are vital to the brand of a company or business. Since hosting is all about presentation (you usually only lose customers if your support sucks, so you generally have to sell them upfront), and logos are a good way to ruin a first impression. I just don't think this had enough time and effort spent on it.

#3 The color detracts from the quality of the logo itself. The other supporting element I saw, like the "sun rays" are a little much and are actually kind of obtrusive. A good way to tell if your color is too obtrusive is by desaturating the whole piece. Look at it in black and white and ask yourself "does the message still get across?" "is my logo still effective?". You may say "well I would never use the logo in black and white so it doesn't matter", but it's more than just usability, its about principle. A bad cake doesn't taste any better if you put lots of frosting on it. In the end it's still a bad cake.

I think some inspirational exploration would do you some good. I think you have some potential, but you should do some window shopping and see what other designers are doing. Try to incorporate some of the themes you see, and then adapt it. There are a million and one hosting companies and they all approach identity in different ways, so you're bound to find something you can relate to.
