    Default Long time no see!

    Hey guys, been a while! I've been swamped at work and with school. Yesterday I finally got a chance to go to Calumet in San Francisco and purchase some new backdrops and a stand. Here's some shots with the charcoal backdrop, and of my quick stop in SF:

    All very nicely composed pieces, although the shadow on the last one is a bit heavy, would like to have seen that shot with a little less intensity from the lighting unit
    good stuff though

    i liek the portraits more than the others.
    The ports are cool and even ironic. they are well lit and have a nice BG.
    The biker is my fave though the expression looks forced.

    haha yeah, i had to hold these poses for a ten second timer. Hard to keep from being forced. Plus it's almost impossible to do self portraits, I swear. And I'm no model =P

    you should register over at modelmayhem.com
    even if photography is just a hobby, get a person who is trying to break into modelling around you area. You get a model and they get shots for their portfolio.

    I get that though. Keep it up, i'd like to see more.

    haha i already am registered there papa
    did that about two weeks ago, and i am planning on going into the business eventually. screw spending all this money and having it be JUST a hobby haha

    the amount of work i can do to a piece only goes so far as photography. you can feel free to pick it up from there by all means.
