I like the first one better. Just a couple of things, the render could do with being blended a bit better (you can see a black line all the way around it) and also you've cut a bit out of his head which looks kinda wierd

Yeah the blending needs work again. I wold make the text a little smaller, IMO its too big. Also, tone the effects around his face and hand down they are way too strong.

Yeah, Left of his face, their is a cut off C4D that looks terrible.
The text needs work Lighting is fine, And it looks LQ, like... Pix elated? i don't know how to say it..
