I've worked on a few wallpapers, I actually prefer that to sig making, but it's very time consuming for me when I go all out. Anywho, I'll post thumbs to one of my finished walls, one wall I was working on but lost when my last computer crashed, and one wall that I'm currently working on.

This was a pretty simple Kingdom Hearts wall that I did. I had started a vector of the characters, and left it with only base images for months before going back to it, just blackening it all in, and making them shadows in this wall. Overall, it took about 2 hours to complete.


This was my next project. A complete painting of Alucard from Hellsing. I used calligraphy brushes on different settings to make the outlines, and while that made it look a little odd, that was an affect I was going for, but probably not one I'll ever do again. I'd say that I spent between 30-40 hours on this. My computer crashed and I lost the psds to this before I was able to finish. There were some finishing touches that I wanted to do, such as a flash coming out of the gun and rifling down the barrel, cleaning up the hair on his back so it wasn't just a big random tuft, as well as some further highlighting and shadows on the eye, and maybe some better definition of the nose, and slight color changes for the hat, and the leather straps on the hat.


This is the current project I'm working on. This time I'm using vector masks and will be painting within the masks. I actually just started, and have just been making all the base shapes and masks that i'll be painting in later. In this one, I'll just be doing straight up painting, without using any outlines.
