Are they supposed to be renders? If so the background is showing as white to me. :[ Maybe its becuz they're saved as jpeg?

Lol What Rad said, ifd you look closely the magic wand actually leaves a soft band around your line, whereas the pen tool is sharp and doesn't ^^
