Hayden Panettiere

So Hayden Panettiere is one of the most beautifully, gorgeous women in the world, who isn't a snob, and I wanted to do a piece of work. So I combined the two and made a work of Hayden.

Simple filters, blurs, smudging and rendering was all I used.

Tell meh whatcha think.

She is hot, but if I look at the art itself it's not that nice.
it looks LQ and there's nothing appealing to look at, this could be way better
