i know this is the noobiest questions of all but wat is a stock? i know its used as a background but i mean where could i get nice stocks since i search at google and i dont find any goood T.T and how do i use them?

Stocks are images that are either a background or it could be an image of a character with a background aswell(not rendered).

As for where to get them, there's this great site which I love to use whenever I need stocks.

whut he said^ simple. stocks = images or pictures to use, here is a link to my stock photobucket. dont need to sign up or anything.

Basically it's a photo that's allowed to be used for editing. They usually have on the Website some information describing how it is free ware and allowed to be used.
