looks good, the lighting and depth look good to me,
only point of critisism i'd like to make is that i dont like the outerglow on the text

Nice, very nice. but the text doesn't do the sig any justice. Go for a simple font instead they tend to look way better on sigs than fancy ones.

ONe thing to keep in mind when doing text.. KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid. Basic fonts usually add alot to signatures giving nice focal points.
