I prefer the black & white version.
I think it needs a bit more depth and I don't know if this lighting is right.. and it looks a bit low quality on the right side where her hand is...

I prefer the colored one.

Lightning might be a little of, to bright and you got a white line at the side of her hair.

Nice texture on the left side but a little to intense/sharp on the right.

I think the blending needs some work.
Also it could use some effects IMO.

it could indeed use a little blending, and possibly some effects like Cs4pro already noted.
otherwise, it looks good.

maybe the black and white version would look better if it where slightly darker
and a little higher contrasted, or maybe that will just end up looking like crap, not sure xD
