    imo the sig is too long cropping it a bit will make it great

    i dont like the text at all and it doesnt look like she is underwater at all imo and why is she on the left side ? shouldnt she be more towards the middle in such a large tag ? the effects are decent but still needs work man

    Nice, but too messy, just clean up the effects and make the focal a bit bigger.

    I totally agree with Oath
    And I don't know if it was your intention to make the above border larger then the low one? But I would change it to the same thickness.
