Here's the deal, One entry per person, and _only_ one entry no revisions.

The object is to design a full page magazine ad for GFX Void. Be creative, but practical. You're trying to make an advertisement here.

    + Full Page (8 1/2" x 11") at 72dpi that's 612 x 792px.

+ Full Color (we'll pretend you've got a huge budget to work with )

+ Keep your signature small, this is a simulation of a real job here. I'll allow for a signature even though one wouldn't normally be there, but keep it inconspicous.

+ You need to include the name "GFX Void" and the slogan "Filling Your Graphics Void"

+ You can add more text if you'd like.

+ Remember, this is an advertisement not self expression.

I have no plans on the entries being used for the promotion of GFX Void. To ensure that, simply put a copyright notice on your work somewhere, Taco will need your express permission to use your entries if he's interested. He probably won't appreciate one of his moderators telling everyone that...but oh well, it's the ethical thing to do. Originally I was just going to make up a company and product to be advertised, but this way everyone has in-depth knowledge of what they're designing for.

THIS IS NOT GOING IN A REAL MAGAZINE. THIS IS ONLY A PRACTICE FOR PEOPLE TO LEARN TO THINK IN REAL GRAPHIC DESIGN SITUATIONS I've been asked a bunch of times. Sorry guys. not a real magazine. But...all these questions have given me an idea. I'll get back to you with it, when it's done formulated.

    Heh, thanks.

Um..no. Stick to full page advertisements. I don't want people losing track of what they're doing. We want this to focus on GFX Void, and how to sell it to the public. If you need a target market, figure that this is going to be in PRINT magazine. A real high-class design magazine.

    :alittle note:
This doesn't have to be in any specific medium, just make sure it's digitized by the end of the day. This is a real world problem, so find a real world solution.

woah, great idea 43. Im gonna get to work on one soon.
Oh, btw, do we have to come up with our own text or can we just fill it with something like "text here" copied a few times ??

Nvm. Ok. 43. Mind if I spin off a battle from this and make a magazine cover battle?
