    Try using gradient maps instead of the technique you tried.

    tried kinda doesn't work ,have to make 3 layers with diffrent brightest contrasts and add every layer gradient and merge them(the only way i think)

    Did you try using the Gradient Map tool?

    Image >> Adjustments >> Gradient Map.

    Looks like
    Blend-If sliders used on different layers.

    also selection>MakeworkPath.
