Okay, I will give your some critique.
First: Drawing half, then mirror imaging it makes the proportions look bad.
With the slope of the ground, and distance of the ¿building? the side walls should be nearly vertical, and the smaller closer ones would have the same angle on the sides. It looks like you should be looking up at the building not head on.
The parking lot lines are skewed just as everything else is.
The girl has very odd proportions. Her waist is thinner than her neck, which also is wider at the base, something seen in guys not girls. You gave decent detail in the face and hair, but the arms are simply outlined, with simple curves. Her breasts are slightly oddly shaped at the outside edge, almost angled.

Looks pretty coo mate, I like the different styles you used to create it.
Only thing I can really cc is possibly balance it out a bit -- a few areas are detailed while others are lacking, makes it look like some things were just thrown in there rather than incorporated properly or to the best of your ability.
Don't get me wrong it is a very nice piece imo, that was really the only thing that I could nit pick.
