No.1 : I really like this. It is a really different approach to a CD cover. But i suggest adding some sort of color smudge fading out because it's kinda boring.
No.2 : I like this. Kind of an overused style but it's nice. I can't really comment on anything other than the sky is kind of low quality. try fix it?
No.3/4 : Again this is a very overused style but you pulled it off. The only thing i'm going to comment on is that the renders look very out of place, especially the 4th one. I think this is mainly down to the shadows, but you should also practice on cutting out your renders as i've noticed you've missed some lines on the guy.
