Well, i been using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for a while now, but this has never happened before, when i go to apply a stroke for a border, i select the size, colour, and inside, but after i hit "OK", nothing happens...it says i did a stroke, but the stroke dosent show..

    Any suggestions?

I could be blatantly wrong here, but i think it doesn't show, because it is set to inside... ergo, the stroke will be under you pic... Check if you have the same problem with setting "center" and "outside".
If those dont show either, well, then i don't know either :P
It might always be a bug i guess...

It's not just one sig, its all sigs, everytime i try it never works, so my sigs end up with no border. And ive tried doing center and inside, and i even create a new layer, the strokes only show up when i do them on the background layer..
