I like version three the bset but I feel like it's only because the first too aren't any better. I think there isnt enough colour dynamics in the gfx to make it really push out and be bold. It blends way too much into the background. The concept is good its just not quite there yet.
Maybe a thin border could help?
Found this: Venom Tut - Nazz NOTE: This tutorial isn't the greatest but notice how his background has simular colours to the render an dit still stands out.
