Use more gradients, I'd suggest to use some clipping masks here and there to make it less plain aswell. Text is not blended at all and looks tacked on, I've said this countless times to others, but text takes just as much time as the complete creation of a sig work on that more.

if thats a banner, you should make the text visible or readable and it should be bigger.

you should also add more effects and colors because its a bit monotone
