Pretty nice sig.
I think the text ruins the sig a bit.
also the splatter above the text isn't working IMO.
Also I would remove the black and white thingy above the text
Try to add better text or just remove it

The effects under Spidey are cool And you used nice colors.
There isn't much depht in the sig...
Blur the BG a bit.

Overall pretty cool sig.

The colors need work on. Nice focal placement. Remove the text and splatter above. Good elements you used but the they need better blending.
