The sig looks unfinished and over contrasted at the moment.

The colors are very nice.
Maby add a border.
Also add a light source.
I <33 the text.
Pentooling is nice.
Bg could use some blurring.
Also try using some c4ds to create some flow.

Needs more elements. Also the color scheme is dull and the compo is over contrasted.

Wow!! I love the color and everything. It's very nice. I love the effects and if you ever considered sharing your render of that girl with me I would love it. It's very good. I am really amazing at it actually. I love the blue pentool and the different effects you've used to blend. I LOVE the render as I said and the text is hot shit. However, the BG is way too simple and one dimensional lending the effect to look like you took everything else and kinda just dropped it onto a black background. Try using some c4d's but personally I hate and can't use c4d's so I would just make a BG or find one that fits and then blend it into the BG with some good effects ect. Great start though, with a bit of work I'll be totally jealous.
