the splatter brushes dont really fit in dar.

Like everyone else has said, the splatter is out of place. Try working on your BG in terms of lighting and contrast.

Okay, here goes.
It's not that the splatter brushes don't fit, it's that you're not using them correctly. You need to have a better flow to your picture. As it stands, you have elements randomly scattered about, without any thought to the placement, or composition of them. It makes your image look flat. Now let's say, you repositioned each of the splatters to flow outwards from the center, and through each other, then you've got a bit of flow going.
I also find splatters tend to not look as good when they're blonded in like that, unless it's a really subtle blend/partial, or on a drip. But generally not a layer blend type of blend.
I'd also work on your coloring, having one color tends to make pieces pretty lifeless.
Your type also doesn't really fit, I'd recommend working on your colors, and direction before you really get crackin' on that though. I'd recommend reading up on some color, and composition theory. =)
