Into blue space plus a orange colored abstract

I'm new on this forum but have been making 3d digital images for some time. This is a couple of my latest images:

This first one is abstract, done completely in 3D software only with no post work.


I like space screens a lot and this is my first try in that genre. It's done in first Vue 8 and then a lot of hours of post work (Gimp 2.6) mainly used in making the space and stars in the background.

Those are some nice texture and elements but they need to be bigger so one can appreciate the details more.
