I like it!
The only thing that bothers me is the size.
It looks a bit too big.

I like the bg and the effects they look pretty nice and the text is awesome.

I think you could work on the depth in this sig though. Its fine on the render but when you get to the gn it goes really flat, I think you need to try and make the gun look like its closer.

But aside from that I don't think theres much that needs doing to it. Nice sig man.

Is there a good tutorial on depth. The only thing i can think of doing to give it depth is to blur the BG and sharpen the sniper/render

I think it is also the over usage of black on the far left.
