Render is really LQ and the way you placed the focal is bad. Get a better quality render and size it down some more. When the render is to big for the sig you cant add many effects, and thats what happened here. kiu

thanks again guys, my next one will be totally different. I am going to redo this one cuz i like it alot, and i think i can make it near perfect with help. I also am going to attempt another using the tips and cnc that have recieved from everyone up to this point. Ive been taking notes and i will use them. like i said before, thank you everyone.
