Nice idea but the V looks sorta like a D.

Hm...Looks cool, and nice idea! ^_^
But try to make everything rounder, that it all fit in a round circle.
Because I don't like the upper right corner where the V hits the *border*

Uhh i dont get what you mean DB. I know it sucks right now, it was a basic idea. I'm trying to make something kinda like the Lucid Concept logo or the Bluesfear logo. Back to the drawing board

nice concept. but the bars around the letters arn't uniform in distance from the 'letters' which make it look a tad odd. Also the top of the V on the left hand side doesn't match up with teh angle of the right hand side of the V.

Oh another thing, the end of the right hand side of the V has a fancy cut off, where everything else is a straight line, but i'm nit pickin now.

but I love the concept mate, keep working on it

The concept is all i have, I did the letters manually with the pen tool so it was tedious. I am still working on other things. Thanks for the critiques

I can offer a suggestion if your willing...

if you want uniformity of a shape around an object, then use the initial object, make a selection from it, grow the selection to teh inside edge that you want and then you can edit the selection (alt/ctrl to remove/add to a selection). That's how I do it. Just remember to smooth once you have expanded, not sure how best to use the smooth option but normaly at the size you expanded by seems to work best
