Just make a folder and put all your resources in it, then open up Winrar, right click on the folder, and click compress to Rar or "add to library.

Nice, it's a little blurry and could use sharpen. You got a gap in the blue color of the lips, his lips are closed and should be all colored. I think it's just a tad to busy with all the small splatter, try cleaning it up by erasing some.

Other than that good job, and nice text
