    Default extracting?HELP

So i have spent 1 and half day trying to make one god damned cursed sig, that i so badly wanna finish.I had to start 3 times over and now 4.

this is my problem. the first 2 times Ps just stucked and didnt move anything.(i dont mind about that) BUT the other MAJOR problem is that everytime that i wanna press ctrl+t i press ctrl+somthing else (e,w,q,x,z,r) and it open me a window which says extract.first time it came out i clicked cancel and PS closed. This happened a couple times with other sigs but i really wanna know how to not lose my work.so i when i pressed the wrong button it appeared again.after cursing it i thought i should have a look to see if i could save it after all.but i dont know how to work it, i googled it aswell. it says something like " fill the areas that you wanna retain".i filled it and did whatever it told me but when i clicked on okay, PS closed again.

    thanks in advance

I'm not trying to ban you.

But from the way you responded, I think I got my answer.
The issue may lie with the fact that your copy may not 100% untouched. When a program is accessed so that people can crack into it, they often do more to the software then what they were intending to. Sometimes they purposely make faults in the program

The other issue with non-legit software is that you actually don't know what program you actually have. Unless you're a software designer and you can read the coding, you won't know if an additional program has been inserted into the code. Something like a keylogger or a trojan. Fortunately enough I don't think you have that problem, but my first suspicions are leaning towards the fact that someone other then adobe have accessed your program before your use.

It'll also be useless to contact adobe as well cause they'll just tract your IP and could file a copyrights violation to your address.

Ctrl+X is to Cut. Try going to Edit -> Cut instead of using the keyboard shortcut if that's whats fucking you up.

    Ctrl + Alt + X = Pattern Maker

    Ctrl + Shift + Alt + X = Extract
