1. That effect over her face is distracting. Did you blur the body and effects? Why? You want the effects to compliment the focal not make them less visable. Also I'm trying to figure out the flow to this so work on that and text is no-no.

2. Nice nighting however the smudge is very messy and the white smudge next to the focal is distracting imo. And do you have text in this cuz it looks kinda wierd.

the effect over her eye was a part of the render, lol >_<, and ya i know the text was a no-no, but ive been having such a mental block text-wise, so im just like, "HMMM, double stroke, yumm" lol, and ya i will work on my flow, thanks for the CnC
you actually like the lighting in the 2nd one? i focused mainly on lighting for that one, so thanks for noticing ^-^ and which white smudge? maybe i can fix it.

LOVE the eye effect, the way you did that and pulled it off. Other than that I really don't like saying this but there isn't much about it that I like. The font is terrible (and I can NOT do font) and the image itself looks like the effects are hiding the focal. Not sure, the colors are too monotone and I just don't feel any emotion there. I am sorry X_X. Keep up the effort though! This is just my measly opinion.
