IMHO, I'm having troubles knowing what the focal is here. Not that I don't know consciously, it's just that my eyes are tending to look more at the effects rather than the focal itself. maybe try blurring, sharpening, dodging, and burning until the iron man draws more attention. The effects are great though - you've blended him and the effects together very nicely. just try to change that little problem I said b4 and this would be top-notch.

Add a border and a better color scheme. Tone it down on Topaz, man. A little is good but that's overboard. Keep it up though.
