    Default TRUKENDOOS XL

This is my design for an upcoming international breakdance event in Holland. If I win with this design I'll get free entrance hehehe.

Took me an hour to make with my cintiq and photoshop (-: please critique

I saw the picture and just thought "oooh, painfull". Also, i think the black background is a bit plain. Why not add a street stock or something? Maybe set it to black and white so the colours stand out more.
Besides that i think it is great. Are you keeping the design like a sketch or completing it?

I tried keeping the picture in the style of the event: www.thenotoriousibe.com

It's true that the black background may be plain, but I like to keep it to a simplicit level. Furthermore, I think breakdance and images of the 'street' is a big cliche so therefor I chose not to do that hehe

It is a bit cliche haha, but i would imagine that most people do it there. It is also more interesting than a gym or whatever

decent idea man except your linework around the actual figure is wayyyyyy too messy :/ it has to get cleaned up I think, I can see you were going for that look but it's nor working , especially with the font you used fix that up and it should be good
