Going for a nice simple homey blue feel with it, some nice glows, ext.

Whatcha think so far?

Interesting, though against the conventional as most people divide areas with some form of border.

I would move the edge of the index text to the right a tad, maybe 5 or 10 px to give it a bit of seperation from the edge of page. Also the spacing between each one isn't the same, for example, the space between Portfolio and Services is larger than between Services and About.

You appear to have chopped off your logo along the top and side...

The glow around the title is a tad large, I woudl reduce it so you dont take up as much space as part of your header.

I do like the colour though, very nice colour selection.
