    You're brightening the colors too much. I don't know if you have the Topaz plug-in or not (if not, they have free trials), but if you do then try added a Color Blast or Spicify filter to it and lower the opacity. Or add a Contrast adjustment layer.

    And your brightest spots should be white. It looks like the entire sig has inner shadow or something, not sure why it's darkened all the way around the edges.

    Saving the psd is like making sure it's done in pencil where you can erase and edit. Not saving it is like condemning it to that of permanent marker and only being to add on to.

    Overall it's too dark, which makes the whole thing look bad.
    You've got good flow and effects here and all, but it's just really thrown off by your levels. =(
