Obama Poster can't do (!)

well people, school elections are on monday so i thought of having some fun and make a picture of me the same style like obamas 'change' poster.

If anybody knows how to do it without using Illustrator please tell me so.

and if anybody is willing to do it for me i would REALLY appreciate it!!!
