First off the text to me is a little too strong and the "life" part is a little too big. Overall its a little distracting. Hm, I would try and put a little more depth in this artwork it seems a little flat to me. Also I think it would look really good if you erased some of the stars over her upper half( from like the waste to the head) the lower half looks really good. The eyes I think are a little over done, I would just tone down the effects. Also on the girl there is lighting, either make a light source from somewhere or take the lighting off of her. It makes her look out of place a little.

I really like the concept and the colors. It just needs a little more to it IMO(in my opinion). Your works are very good though. Keep working at it mate!

I fully agree with everything Fur said. You've also got kind of a weird outer glow on her, mostly on the left, but there's a little on the right side too. It kills your blending and makes her feel very pasted in. I really like the style here, just needs a little more work, and it'll be really awesome. =]
