I'm a big fan of mugetsu/final getsuga and I do like the effects you did with the arm. I don't like that cyan color on his body, think it kinda ruins it.
Text needs some work.

Ahh I Misunderstood your post above :P
my bad.
I meant that it doesn't go with that Glow feeling in the rest of the signature.
it might of worked if you had it a darker color.
Btw it just the body, not the arm.
