I see what you're trying to do and what style you're trying to achieve, but you haven't done it right It's not bad, your colour selection is way off, especially the bg and the text isn't needed, the font isn't great anyway. Although i like the arrows + what you done with the shoes.. Just work more on colour selection and compo
I really like this one. All i could say is to put texture from the sneaker onto the smiley's so that it looks more blended in and maybe stitching around it. That might be some work though :P

also i like the concept very much but i think the quality of the cutout on the vinyls needs a bit of improving.
the flares behind the allstars could do with some improving too
