Flash in Images?

How do you make it so an image changes colors, Like say a person's eyes where you have it so they change from red to green then blue etc.., any idea how to do this in photoshop?

you want to work the animations option on photoshop. it alllows you to create animations through multiple layers. for all these layers your gonna want to first make a selection of both eyes and save them. make a your gonna want to apply an image to for example 2 layers and with the saved selections use the selective color to change the color your choosing and from there it shouldnt be too hard.

This video gives you the basics of animation in Photoshop by showing you a simple loading animation. TutCast does a great job of showing you how to make a cool .gif animation, but in fact showing you the basics of animating an image. (I.e. the eyes of a person to answer your question)

After watching, you should be able to put different frames together (different colors of eyes for example) and create a simple animation of eye color. (It's .gif format, so I don't know about flash)
