Thought id do something different with a car render coz i havent seen anything like this before

Too hectic. Everything is distracting from the render. Not much lighting or depth. Looks really flat.

Why do you find that if someone doesn't say "I LOVE IT!" they have something against you?

You post your work, you get criticism. He just listed what needs to be improved and it's based on his personal opinion to the way he see's the sig.

Maybe he could've said something supportive. Such as, "Kiu!" or "Not bad", but those little words and acronyms shouldn't make a big difference. By your reaction to his criticism, it seems as if it was an insult.
